REFUND POLICY
▶ If you wish to exchange or return the product, please specify which one you would like to take, attach a photo of the defective part and and contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ Returns and exchanges (color, size, etc.) at the convenience of the customer.
・ Products without tags
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days
・ Used, repaired, washed, or cleaned products
・ Products with odors, stains, or scratches on the part of the Cust
Return steps
1. Request the return through email with above details within 3 days after reception of the package (IMPORTANT: returns sent without sending the refund re will not be processed)
2. Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning on the online form. Make sure the products are eligible for return (check final sale items list below)
3. Print and fill out the return forms (you will receive them by email after submitting your online form).
4. Return the unwanted product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging*
5. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know.
6. We will refund you the returned item(s) with a Gift Card within 7 days after reception of the package at our distribution center.
Please note the original shipping fee will be deducted
*If one of these conditions is not respected, please contact our customer service before returning the product(s) and wait for our reply. If we notice that there is an issue with the returned product(s) and you did not inform us beforehand, you will not be refunded for the said product.
Damaged/ Wrong Item(s) Return
Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with evidential documents to show its defect. To faster the process, please email us with your order number / the name of the product / pictures of the barcode(s) / pictures of the item where we can clearly see the issue.
An item can be deemed defective for one of the following reasons:
- - Wrong item: you received another product, the wrong color option or the wrong size
- - Defective / damaged: the product is damaged
The claim will be accepted if:
1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
2. Notified us within 3 days of receiving your package
3. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact.
Disclaimer: for claims regarding colors, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted and will be left to the agent's appreciation. For claims regarding sizing, only differences of over 3cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted.
Out Of Stock Refund
When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address. This means that your product is sold out and is no longer available for shipping. If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement, you do not need to worry!
You will not be charged for shipping In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order d. Should this be the case, please email us within 2 business days of receiving the last sold out notification email. We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned.
Please kindly understand after this time frame, the option to cancel the order will be no longer valid.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience such as size change, color, image difference, actual size difference.
・ As this is an overseas product, the size may vary.:
Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color or texture shown due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.There might be 2cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
・ Because it is an overseas product, there is a difference between the photo and the fabric material.
・ Since it is an overseas product, sewing may be complicated. There may be cases of fraying, thread disposal, no washing tag, wrinkles, and loose basting of beads and buttons. Please purchase after understanding.
・ Because it is an overseas product, some bottoms such as jeans and denim do not have holes in the buttonholes. In that case, please note that you will have to make a hole yourself.
・ Items that have been scented or soiled, have been tried on, or have been washed cannot be exchanged / returned.
・ Items cannot be exchanged / returned more than 3 days after arrival.
* If a defective product arrives or a product different from the ordered content arrives If the delivered product is defective or a product different from the ordered content arrives, it may be returned or exchanged for the same product. Let me do it. (Please note that we will not accept returns if you do not contact us within 3 days after the item arrives, even if it is defective.)
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.
Final Sale Items

All swimwear: facial masks, bikini bottoms, swimsuits, one-piece bikinis, underwear, panties, bras, undergarments etc
Accessories: jewelry, earrings, rings, bracelets, eyewear
Colored lenses: contact lenses are a medical device and cannot be returned once you accepted the delivery
If you return one the above items, the product will not be refunded after we receive it.
